Will I be seeing the REAL Father Christmas?
Absolutely! You will left in no doubt that you and your family have met with the one and only REAL Father Christmas
Where will I find Santa's Grotto?
You will be able to find the Grotto using the information below – your visit to Santa will be at The Ocean Club in Seahouses:
Address : The Ocean Club, Seafield Park, Seahouses, Northumberland NE68 7SP.
What Three Words: ///towels.climbing.crowd
Parking: There’s free parking in the Ocean Club car park subject to availability.
Alternatively you can park in the main Northumberland Council Car park which is just off Seahouses Main Street, heading on to Seafield Road.
What ticket do I need?
To make a visit to Santa as accessible to everyone as possible we have introduced a tiered ticketing system – saver, standard and premium. If you visit our bookings pages, you will find the prices for all sessions.
Each booking is for ONE child and up to two adults.
ALL children who wish to attend a visit with Santa are required to have a ticket. Each booking allows up to two adults entry free of charge – any additional adults wishing to attend will be required to have purchased an “extra adult” ticket, priced at £6.50 per additional adult.
What does my ticket include?
Each ticket is for:
- One child
- Up to two adults
- A bespoke gift
- Access to our festive waiting zone before your visit to Santa
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Do adults need to pay?
Only if more than 2 adults attend per booking:.
- Each child ticket includes 2 adults
- Additional adults are priced at £6.50 per person
Do babies need a ticket?
Yes. ALL children who wish to attend a visit with Santa are required to have a ticket.
What time should I arrive?
Your ticket is valid for the 30 minute timeslot that you have booked. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time of this slot and report to our elves. Once you have checked in, you will be called in to see Santa within this 30 minute slot. PLEASE NOTE the 30 minute time slot you have booked is not the total time that you will be visiting Santa – your visit into the Grotto will be within this timeframe.
Where do I check in upon arrival?
Upon arrival please follow the signs to the Ocean Club entrance. One of our elves will meet you, check your booking and show you to our Festive waiting area ahead of your visit to Santa.
Can I bring a pushchair?
Yes of course, The Ocean Club is fully accessible for pushchairs and all on one level as is Santa’s Grotto. We also have baby changing facilities on site too.
Can we take photographs?
Of course you can – we encourage it! And if you feel comfortable in doing so, we would love for you to tag us on social media so that we can see and share your photographs too!
How many people can we bring?
Although there will definitely be magic in the air, we can’t fit an infinite amount of people in the grotto, so we would advise that a maximum of 12 people can attend each booking.
Is the event accessible?
The Ocean Club is fully accessible, all on one level. We have a disabled toilet onsite too.
Can we ask for personal messages for Santa?
Unfortunately the answer is no. As you can imagine, Santa has to see a lot of people each day and to be able to give each visitor a personal message would be too much to ask, so unfortunately we are unable to take any requests for personal messages.
